Whether you’re breaking down game, cleaning fish or prepping kindling for the fire, this blade is up to the task. I’ve used this style personally to process hundreds of fish and lots of deer, and it has performed flawlessly in the field.
Blade features a hand worked convex grind, giving it a durable edge for slicing while offering the strength needed for heavier tasks. It measures 1/8” thick and 4” long.
Handle is shaped from stabilized masur birch, offering a unique grain pattern and a warm, secure grip. Wrought iron fittings, reclaimed from a century old wagon axle lend both durability and a touch of history. The tang is peened to ensure long term structural integrity, keeping this knife solid through years of use.  Measures 4 1/4”.
